Invariant Properties Enlarge Reduce

Enlarge and reduce
First you start off with a normal size shape
once you have drawn that you label it A then enlarge it by any number
so it becomes bigger and keeping the angels and the shape the same.
Then you label it B so you know it your second prototype then you reduce it by what ever number it is so say you are given a number to reduce it by like 3 and the numbers that you multiplied it like 12 and 9. 12 is the top and 9 is on the side so then you go nine divided by 3 and that 3 and 12 divided 3 equals 4 so the shape now is 4 squares across and 3 squares down.

Who uses the scale factors

People that jobs like builders so they can scale and use the height and measurement and label them to see how small or big the buildings are billboards have to be.

When would you have to use scale factors
Kids would have to use it in maths to find out a way to enlarge it and reduce same as other people they would need to find out height volume and area

Invariant properties

Invariant properties is when you use them for an object and they usually have a lot of transformations of certain types are applied.
